I see you.
Newly engaged.
Excited to plan your wedding (finally!)
Overwhelmed with all the decisions and details.
Wanting to plan and account for every detail but also wanting to freely enjoy the most anticipated day of your life without sweating the small stuff.
When I planned my own wedding in 2023 I looked back at 9 years photographing beautiful weddings and realized that the classic American wedding wasn’t what I wanted. I wanted something that felt like a picnic or a church potluck. No loud music. No strict schedule or head count. Just as many dear friends as we could cram into my mom’s (spacious) back yard; food, friends, fellowship.
We decorated with flowers from the grocery store and glass jars/bottles and candles. We hired a friend to put together a huge charcuterie spread. We borrowed china and flatware, and I asked several friends to bring specific desserts. We saw our community come together to make my wedding dream a reality.
And friend, you can do it too! Your wedding will look different than mine did, of course, but if you want a wedding that feels like an afternoon picnic instead of a theatrical production I’m here for it! Whether you're getting married at Moraine Park Amphitheater, 3M Curve or having a private elopement ceremony in the woods I would love to be there to cheer you on!
and meaning of your day. My approach is simple: help you feel comfortable so you can actually be present with each other. Most couples say they feel awkward in photos, and that’s completely normal. I guide you with easy prompts and natural direction, so you’re never left wondering what to do—but nothing feels stiff or forced.
Because posing isn’t about perfect positions—it’s about interaction. The laughter, the quiet moments, the way you naturally connect. That’s where the real emotion lives.
The result is a collection of images that feel relaxed, genuine, and full of joy—capturing not just how your Rocky Mountain National Park wedding or elopement looked, but how it truly felt.
And beautiful views are in high supply, whether you're reserving Moraine Park Discovery center, saying your vows on the dock at Sprague Lake, or taking a hike together to Emerald Lake, Rocky Mountain Nation Park has so much beauty to offer!
f you’re searching for a Rocky Mountain National Park photographer, I know you want beautiful views. But you also want photos that capture the emotion, joy,
As a Rocky Mountain National Park photographer, my work is shaped by over a decade of experience capturing weddings and couples in a way that feels natural, emotional, and timeless.
I started my photography business in 2014 and since then I’ve loved being a part of the moments that matter most in life—weddings especially are one of my favorite celebrations. Before going fully digital, I spent four years developing photos in the darkroom, which taught me to slow down, understand light, and be intentional with every frame.
As a photographer who lives super close to RMNP, I'm available to scout out locations, send you photos from different places in the park, and advise you on the best time of day to hold your session or wedding.
Your wedding day isn’t just about the two of you—it’s also about being surrounded by the people who mean the most, whether that’s family, close friends, or a small, intentional group by your side. Having a photographer who truly captures that sense of community was important at my own wedding, and I carry that same priority into every Rocky Mountain National Park wedding and elopement I photograph. Alongside your portraits, I’m always looking for the candid, joy-filled moments that make your day unforgettable—your grandparents seeing you in your dress for the first time, your matron of honor tearing up during a speech, your niece breaking it down on the dance floor. You can count on me to preserve moments like these so your photos reflect the full story of your day.

"I’ve worked with Stephanie many times over the years.
She has photographed some of my family’s most special memories. Our very first session with her was for our engagement shoot. She made us feel so comfortable and the whole experience was really fun. Since then she has photographed our maternity shoots, newborn pictures, and treasured family portraits. I’m so glad to have found a photographer we trust to get beautiful pictures and make the experience peaceful and fun."
